If you’re enabling the service for the first time, it may take 24-48 hours for the account data to appear due to a known limitation with IBKR Third-Party Services.

Before connecting, you must add SnapTrade to your Third-Party Services in your Interactive Brokers account. To do so, log in to your IBKR account and then from the Menu, select Performance & Reports, then Third-Party Reports.
On the Third-Party Reports screen, select the gear icon to enable the SnapTrade service.
Then, enable SnapTrade from the list.
After clicking Save, you will see SnapTrade showing up under Third-Party Services in your account.
Use these to connect your account.
